1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the iCar Lifestyle Rentals website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website and services.

2. Services

iCar Lifestyle Rentals provides luxury vehicle rental reservation services. A submitted reservation request does not constitute a confirmed booking. All reservations are subject to availability, verification, and final confirmation by a iCar Lifestyle Rentals sales consultant. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any reservation at our sole discretion.

3. Eligibility & Driver Requirements

To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 25 years of age, hold a valid driver's license, and meet our insurance and identity verification requirements. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and authorize us to verify your eligibility.

4. Payments & Deposits

Payment is arranged through a iCar Lifestyle Rentals sales consultant. A security deposit may be required at the time of vehicle pickup. All charges, fees, and deposit terms will be disclosed prior to finalizing your reservation. You are responsible for all amounts owed under your rental agreement.

5. Vehicle Use & Liability

The renter is fully responsible for the vehicle during the rental period, including any damage, loss, theft, traffic violations, or towing charges. Vehicles must be operated in accordance with all applicable laws and manufacturer guidelines. Off-road use, racing, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies will be provided by your sales consultant at the time of booking. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations made within 48 hours of pickup may be subject to fees. We reserve the right to retain deposits for damages or breaches of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iCar Lifestyle Rentals and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or rental vehicles. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the rental in question.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iCar Lifestyle Rentals, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising out of your use of our services or your operation of a rented vehicle.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in California.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
